Getting there and around (check on the day)

CP regional trains Lisboa Santa Apolónia ⇄ Tomar (timetable valid since 20 September 2026), about 2 hours, roughly every one to two hours. Tomar station is at the edge of the town centre; the convent is on the hill above it. Check on the day.

What to cut

Adding Almourol castle without a car: it needs another train and a boat with its own timetable. Keep Tomar on its own.
